استقبلنا سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  دولة رئيس الوزراء الأستاذ محمد شياع السوداني، وتبادل وجهات النظر حول تطورات الواقع العراقي والاستحقاقات القادمة والمشهد الإقليمي، حيث تطابقت الرؤى حول أهمية حفظ ما تحقق من استقرار على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والأمني، وقال إن هذه الإنجازات ما كانت لتكون لولا تضحيات العراقيين من جميع المكونات، وأن حفظ الاستقرار مسؤولية الجميع من حكومة وقوى سياسية وفاعليات اجتماعية. أشاد بمواصلة افتتاح المشاريع واستحداث الجديد منها، كما أكد أهمية التركيز على المشاريع المتلكئة، ومشاريع المحافظات وتمويلها لإدامة ورشة العمل في عموم العراق.ناقش أيضا العلاقات البينية بين العراق ودول المنطقة والعالم، وتم التأكيد على نجاح القمة العربية ورفع مستوى التمثيل فيها، وقال إن العراق منفتح على الجميع، وفي مبدأ المصالح المشتركة وحفظ سيادة البلاد.أكد أيضا على تنويع مصادر الدخل وتحريك القطاعات الإنتاجية لتلافي الآثار المترتبة على انخفاض أسعار النفط، والاستعداد المكثف لمتطلبات الصيف القادم، وأشاد بتحديد الحكومة ليوم الحادي عشر من تشرين الثاني يوما للانتخابات النيابية القادمة.

We received His Sovereignty Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, during which we exchanged perspectives on the latest developments in Iraq, upcoming dues, and the regional landscape. Our views were aligned on the importance of safeguarding the political, social, and security stability that has been achieved. We emphasized that such progress would not have been possible without the sacrifices made by Iraqis from all backgrounds, and that maintaining this stability is a collective responsibility shared by the government, political powers, and social actors.We praised the continued inauguration of new projects and the launch of fresh initiatives, while highlighting the need to prioritize stalled projects and ensure proper funding for provincial initiatives to sustain nationwide development efforts.We also discussed Iraq’s relationships with countries in the region and world. We reaffirmed the success of the recent Arab Summit and the enhancement of its level of representation. We stressed that Iraq remains open to all, guided by the principles of mutual interest and the preservation of national sovereignty.We also underscored the importance of diversifying income sources and revitalizing productive sectors to counter the impact of falling oil prices. Additionally, we called for thorough preparations to meet the demands of the upcoming summer season. Finally, we welcomed the government’s decision to set November 11 as the date for the next parliamentary elections.
