التقي سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  أعضاء كتلة تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية في الحكومات المحلية، واستمع إلى تطورات الواقع الخدمي في المحافظات، حيث شدد على ضرورة بذل الجهود لخدمة المواطن، فهي أقصر الطرق لنيل رضا الله سبحانه وتعالى. وأوضح أن العراق تحول إلى ورشة عمل كبرى في جميع المحافظات، وذلك ما رصده سماحته  من خلال جولاته الميدانية في عموم محافظاتنا العزيزة، كما أكد أهمية إبعاد مجالس المحافظات عن المناكفات والصراعات السياسية، وبيّن أن الحكومات المحلية هي حكومات ومجالس خدمية، ويجب علينا التركيز على هذه الثيمة، ودعونا أيضًا إلى منحها صلاحياتها الدستورية والقانونيةThis evening, we met with the members of the National State Powers Alliance bloc in the local governments and listened to updates regarding the service-related situation in the provinces. We emphasized the need to exert sincere efforts in serving the citizens, as it is the shortest path to earning the pleasure of Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He.  We noted that Iraq has transformed into a large-scale workshop across all provinces, as we have observed during our field tours throughout our beloved provinces. We also stressed the importance of keeping provincial councils away from political disputes and conflicts.  We clarified that local governments and councils are service-oriented bodies, and we must focus on this principle. Moreover, we called for granting them their full constitutional and legal powers.
