التقي سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  السيد فابيان بوسار، رئيس مركز الشؤون السياسية والخارجية في فرنسا، وتداول تطورات الأوضاع السياسية في العراق والمنطقة. أكد أهمية استقرار المنطقة كشرط أساس لاستقرار العالم، وشدد على ضرورة الحوار وتكامل الأدوار بين دول المنطقة لتحقيق الاستقرار المنشود.دعى أيضًا إلى الحوار في سوريا، مع التأكيد على احترام الخصوصيات والواقع الديمغرافي في هذا البلد، وأوضح أن العراق يبذل جهودًا كبيرة في مجالات الإعمار والخدمات والبناء، بعد تحقيق الاستقرار على مستويات عدة، منها السياسي والأمني والمجتمعي، هذا الاستقرار أتاح الفرصة للنهوض بأولوية المرحلة الحالية والمقبلة، وهي النهوض بالواقع الخدمي والعمراني والتنموي

.This evening, we met with Mr. Fabien Baussart, President of the Center for Political and Foreign Affairs in France, to discuss the latest political developments in Iraq and the region. We underscored that regional stability is essential for global stability and emphasized the importance of dialogue and cooperation among regional countries to achieve the aspired stability.  
We also advocated for dialogue in Syria, highlighting the need to respect the country’s unique characteristics and demographic composition. Additionally, we outlined Iraq’s significant efforts in reconstruction, public services, and development, following the establishment of stability on political, security, and societal levels. This stability has created an opportunity to focus on the key priority of the present and future phases, which is enhancing services, infrastructure, and overall development.
