التقي سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  سفير دولة الكويت الجديد لدى جمهورية العراق، سعادة الأستاذ حسن محمد الزمان، وتمني لسعادته التوفيق في مهمة رئاسة بعثة بلاده في العراق، وأكد أهمية تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين، كما بين أن العراق يشهد حالة استقرار غير مسبوقة على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والأمني، وجدد الدعم للحكومة في منهجها التنموي والخدمي، ومواجهة التحديات بمزيد من الوحدة الوطنية والتلاحم الوطني، وأشارنا إلى أن استقرار المنطقة مرهون بإدامة وتعزيز الاستقرار في العراق

.This morning, we met with the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Iraq, His Excellency Hassan Mohammed Al-Zaman, and wished him success in his mission to lead his country's delegation to Iraq. We emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and highlighted Iraq’s unprecedented political, social, and security stability. Additionally, we reiterated our support for the government’s developmental and service-oriented approach and its efforts to address challenges through greater national unity and cohesion. We also stressed that maintaining and enhancing Iraq’s stability is connected to the stability of the region.
