التقي سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  وفدا من مجلس الأمة الكويتي السابق برئاسة الشيخ فهد فلاح بن جامع، واستعرض تطورات العلاقات البينية بين العراق والكويت، وشدد على تعزيزها وتطويرها بما يخدم مصالح البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين، كما بيّن اعتزازه بكل الوفود التي تزور العراق، وجدد الإشارة إلى أن العراق يعيش حالة استقرار غير مسبوق على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والأمني، وتطور كبير في علاقاته الإقليمية والدولية، كما أنه تحول إلى ورشة عمل لتقديم الخدمات، وفي المحافظات جميعها.أكدنا أيضا أن العراق يمتلك الكثير من الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، كما دعى  الى لحضور الشركات الكويتية في هذا المجال

.We met with a delegation from the former Kuwaiti National Assembly, led by Sheikh Fahad Falah bin Jami’, to review the developments in the relationship between Iraq and Kuwait. We emphasized the importance of further strengthening and expanding these ties to benefit both countries and their brotherly peoples. We also expressed our appreciation for the delegations visiting Iraq and highlighted that the country is currently experiencing unparalleled stability in political, social, and security aspects, along with significant advancements in its regional and international relations. Moreover, Iraq has become a dynamic center for service delivery across all provinces.We also stressed that Iraq offers many promising investment opportunities and encouraged the involvement of Kuwaiti companies in this sector.
