حلبجة جرحا نازفا

في الذكرى الأليمة الـ 37 لاستهدافها من قبل النظام الديكتاتوري بالأسلحة الكيميائية المحظورة والمحرمة دوليًا، تظل حلبجة الشهيدة جرحًا غائرًا ينزف في أعماق قلوبنا ويوخز ضمائرنا وكل الضمائر الحية في العالم،  وإذ نحيي تلك الفاجعة، نترحم على أرواح ضحاياها ونتمنى للناجين منها الصبر والشفاء، نؤكد أن لحلبجة رمزية مهمة للعراقيين، نظرًا للجريمة النكراء التي تعرض لها أبناء هذه المدينة، كما نجدد التأكيد على أن أفضل تكريم لها هو اعتبارها محافظة عراقية جديدة، بما يتيح فرص عمل، وإمكانات اقتصادية، وتمثيلًا سياسيًا أوسع في القرار العراقي. الرحمة والخلود لكل شهداء الوطن#حلبجة_جرحنا_النازف

On the solemn 37th anniversary of its devastation by the dictatorial regime using banned and internationally prohibited chemical weapons, the martyr city of Halabja remains a deep, unhealed wound in our hearts and a lasting reminder to the world's conscience. As we remember this tragedy, we honor the victims' memory, pray for their souls, and extend our wishes for patience and healing to the survivors. We affirm that Halabja holds profound significance for Iraqis, bearing witness to an atrocious crime against its people. The most fitting tribute to its sacrifice is to recognize it as a new Iraqi governorate, granting it greater Jobs opportunities, economic prospects, and broader political representation in national decision-making.  Eternal mercy and honor to all the martyrs of our homeland.
