خلال لقاء سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  وفدَ منظمة نهضة العراق لتطوير الشباب، يتقدمهم الدكتور إبراهيم المحمداوي، أكد أهمية الأمن السيبراني والذكاء الاصطناعي، ودعى إلى التعريف بأهميتهما واستثمارهما في المجالات كافة، مع ضرورة مواكبة التطور العالمي في هذا الشأن، كما بيّن أن الأمية القادمة هي أمية التكنولوجيا وأمية الذكاء الاصطناعي  وحذّر أيضًا من خطورة سلبيات هذه العناوين إذا لم يُحسن استخدامها، فيما جدد  دعوته للتواصل مع الشباب وتمكينهم ودعمهم

.During our meeting with the delegation of Nahdat Al-Iraq Organization for Youth Development, led by Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mohammedawi, we underscored the significance of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. We emphasized the need to raise awareness of their importance and invest in them across various fields while keeping pace with global advancements. We also pointed out that the next form of illiteracy will be technological and artificial intelligence illiteracy.  Furthermore, we cautioned against the risks associated with the misuse of these technologies. We reaffirmed our call to engage with, empower, and support young people.
