خلال لقاء سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم  جمعا من المهندسين والعمال العاملين في إحدى مواقع العمل في العاصمة بغداد، دعا للجميع بأن يكونوا من المرحومين وأن لايكونوا من المحرومين والاستفادة من هذا الشهر الكريم شهر ضيافة الله سبحانه وتعالى.
أعرب عن سعادتنا لعجلة الإعمار المتسارعة في بلادنا، وأشاد بحضور الكفاءات العراقية وجهودها في تنفيذ الجسور وتطويرها، كما بيّن أن الإنجاز وبفترة وجيزة ومن قبل شركات عراقية هو منجز أخر يضاف إلى المنجزات العديدة.
أعرب عن فخر بالجهد الوطني، وقال إن الثروة البشرية والعقل العراقي هي أهم ثروات العراق، وأكد أن الإعمار سمة في العاصمة بغداد وجميع المحافظات، وأن هذه الحملة ما كان لها أن تكون لولا الاستقرار السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي.
أكد أيضا أن إتقان العمل وجودته ثقافة إسلامية، ودعى الجميع إلى ترك بصمة في العمل والتميز في الأداء، وشدد على الثقة بالإمكانات الوطنية وقدرتها على البناء والتطوير، وقال إن التواصل مع العمال في أمكان عملهم هو دليل على اعتزازنا بهم وبعملهم ومنجزاتهم.

During our visit to a construction site in Baghdad, where we met with a group of engineers and workers, we prayed that they be among those blessed with mercy and not among the deprived, making the most of this sacred month, the month of Allah’s hospitality.  
We expressed our delight at the accelerating pace of reconstruction in our country and commended the dedication of Iraqi professionals in building and developing bridges. We emphasized that completing such projects quickly by Iraqi companies is another milestone added to the nation’s growing list of achievements.  
We also voiced our pride in the national workforce, affirming that Iraq’s true wealth lies in its human talent and intellect. We highlighted that reconstruction is the defining feature of Baghdad and all provinces. This campaign wouldn't have been made possible if it weren't for the political, security, and social stability.  
Moreover, we underscored that excellence and quality in work are deeply rooted in Islamic values, encouraging everyone to leave a lasting mark through dedication and distinction. We reaffirmed our confidence in national capabilities and their ability to drive construction and development. Finally, we stressed that engaging directly with workers at their sites reflects our deep appreciation for their efforts, contributions, and accomplishments.
