نحيي ونبارك جهود وإقدام أبطال جهاز المخابرات الوطني العراقي وقيادة العمليات المشتركة والقوات الأمنية الساندة لهما، والتي أثمرت عن الانقضاض على أحد أكبر عتاة العصابة الداعشية الإرهابية، المدعو عبد الله مكي مصلح الرفيعي، المكنى بـ(أبو خديجة)، الذي يشغل منصب ما يُسمّى (نائب الخليفة، والي العراق وسوريا) في التنظيم الإرهابي.
إن هذه الضربات الموجعة التي تستهدف رؤوس ومثابات وأوكار الزمر الإرهابية، ومباغتتها والقضاء عليها، تبعث في نفوسنا ونفوس شعبنا شعورًا بالأمان، بفضل وجود عيون ساهرة على أمن واستقرار الوطن.

We salute and commend the heroes of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, the Joint Operations Command, and their supporting security forces. Their swift and decisive action led to a successful assault on a key leader of the Daesh terrorist group, Abdullah Maki Musleh Al-Rifa'i—widely known as Abu Khadija—who holds the title “Deputy Caliph, Governor of Iraq and Syria” within the organization.These impactful operations, which targeted the top figures, cells, and strongholds of the terrorist network, using the element of surprise and ending them, instilling a profound sense of security in our people, underpinned by the vigilant protection safeguarding our nation's security and stability.We express our utmost respect and gratitude to all branches of our valiant forces.
