في يوم المخطوط العربي نحث على توعية الجيل الجديد بتراثه التليد وتاريخه الغني المجيد، وتشجيع الأبحاث العلمية والأكاديمية حول هذا الجانب المهم من التاريخ والثقافة العربية والإسلامية، والحفاظ على هذا التراث الثمين من التلف والضياع والنسيان في ظل الثورة المعلوماتية المتنامية، كما ندعو الجهات المعنية في العراق لمواصلة الجهود لاستعادة المخطوطات العراقية المهربة، كونها تمثل للعراقيين كما باقي الشعوب العربية والإسلامية، قيمة معرفية عليا ومضمونا حضاريا كبيرا. #يوم_المخطوط_العربي

On Arab Manuscript Day, we call for greater awareness among younger generations of their rich and enduring heritage, and we encourage scholarly and academic research into this vital dimension of Arab and Islamic history and culture, and stress the importance of safeguarding this invaluable legacy from damage, loss, or neglect, especially in the face of today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. Additionally, we urge Iraqi authorities to intensify their efforts to retrieve smuggled Iraqi manuscripts, as they hold immense intellectual and civilizational value not only for Iraqis but for all Arab and Islamic peoples.
